Phase II Testing:
Should a red flag arise during our Phase I ESA, we will recommend Phase II Testing. Our company performs this testing to determine the presence of contamination or to aid in ruling out any uncertainty based on our findings.
Phase II Testing consists of soil and groundwater sampling, soil gas surveys, site contamination modeling and risk evaluation. These assist in determining the specific contaminants, the extent of surface and subsurface migration and any environmental or health risks resulting from the contamination.
